How to Find a FiveM Server IP from a CFX Code

Step-by-step instructions for converting a FiveM CFX join code into a public server IP or usable endpoint.

Step 1: copy the CFX code

Find the server invite link, usually formatted as cfx.re/join followed by a short code. Copy either the complete URL or only the code.

Step 2: open the lookup tool

Go to the CFX Finder homepage and select CFX Code. Paste the value into the search field. The input accepts common join-link formats automatically.

Step 3: resolve the server

Choose Full Report for detailed metadata or Quick IP for a compact lookup, then submit the search. The service requests the server’s current public connection information.

Step 4: use the available endpoint

Copy the displayed IP and port when present. When a private relay is detected, connect through the official join link because the raw address is intentionally unavailable.

Frequently asked questions

Is this lookup free?

Yes. Standard lookups are available without signup.

Why might an IP be hidden?

A server can use a relay or proxy that intentionally conceals its raw address. Use the official join link in that situation.

Can server details change?

Yes. The report reflects the data available at lookup time and can change later.
